The Plan

So I’m not following any Hollywood Fad diets, or the latest craze, I’m on my own regime of science. Its worked for me in the past. It’s simple Science really.

Its made up of 3 parts -

    1. Diet

    2. Exercise

    3. Tracking

I will create a separate page for Diet and Exercise and use this main blog to keep track of my progress. Eventually, say after a month I will create another page to keep track in a more condense form. A bit anal? Yes, but that’s how I operate.

Current Status: 58 KG = 127 pounds

Long Term Goal

GOAL: 48 KG = 106.6 Pounds

Weight Loss = 10 KG = 22 Pounds


Short Term Goal: July 11, 2008

Goal:50 kg = 115 pounds

Weight Loss: 12 pounds

In 60 days

1. What I’m doing

The Diet: I’m going on a diet regime, basically moving more and eating less.

The Blog: I will record my progress for purposes of motivation and accountability

2. Why?

Reasons abound. I can’t fit into the same clothes the way I used to and I’ve seen pictures of myself. Its about time I did something about it. I really feel repelled by my pudginess. I’ve gained 20 pounds in about half a year. Its gross and it needs to be reversed.
