Lower Caloric Intake- 1200 CALORIES a day
- You need to burn 3500 Calories to burn 1 pound of fat.
- Therefore you have to create a deficit in your caloric intake through exercise and diet.
- As for me, this is how it will work out.
- To maintain my body weight, I will need to intake (eat) 1762 Calories a day.
- I will only eat 1200 calories a day = creating a 500 calorie deficit on diet alone
- This sounds simple enough but with out proper exercise it will do more harm. For more info read = http://fitchicfatloss.com/blog/3500-calories-to-lose-a-pound-is-this-formula-all-wrong/
- Technically, as long as I remain in the 1200 calorie range, I can pretty much eat whatever I want, but not HOW much of what I want.
- Even so I’d like to keep it healthy by eating more healthy foods instead of eating less of any unhealthy food.
