  1. No more Alcohol

      Talk about empty calories!! By cutting this out, you should see a HUGE difference. Sacrifices shed.

  2. Lower Caloric Intake- 1200 CALORIES a day

    - You need to burn 3500 Calories to burn 1 pound of fat.

    - Therefore you have to create a deficit in your caloric intake through exercise and diet.

    - As for me, this is how it will work out.

    - To maintain my body weight, I will need to intake (eat) 1762 Calories a day.

    - Even so I’d like to keep it healthy by eating more healthy foods instead of eating less of any unhealthy food.

    3. Eat Lots of Protein and cut back on carbs

    4. Drink water
